Here’s a colorful family home that’s sure to brighten up every day of your stay. Book this cottage, and you get a conveniently located house on a 1-acre plot of land with 3 floors of amazing decor and vibrant furniture. The whole retreat has been beautifully redecorated to present a warm, welcoming and fun place for a family gatherings, golfing break, or bride and groom stay. The home is filled with hand-picked pieces your hosts have specially selected from brands such as west elm, article and pieces from their travels around the world. THE LIVING AREA This is located in the lower floor and features a large wraparound couch on which you can sit and enjoy a movie night on a 65’ TV . OPEN CONCEPT DINING / KITCHEN AREA The house has plenty of space to host a formal dinner, with the dining area as the highlight. Enjoy celebrating a special occasion together in a space that features an elegant chandelier hovering over a white oak table surrounded in ghost chairs. The dining table seats 10 and has direct access to and views of the attractive backyard. It shares the space with the home’s modern kitchen which features all the cookware and appliances you’ll need to prepare and serve delicious snacks and meals whenever you need them. Our fellow coffee lovers will be delighted to find a coffee maker in here, alongside an air fryer and of course our handy dishwasher.
 4 BEDROOMS There are bedrooms on each of the three floors of the house - one on the upper level another on the main floor, another two in the basement. There’s a total of five beautifully presented queen beds for you to choose from across the 4 bedrooms. The bedroom on the main floor is the biggest and features an ensuite bathroom plus its own TV. There’s another two TV’s in the sub floor bedroom. 
2 BATHROOMS You get a main bathroom on the upper floor and a bathroom as an ensuite to the master bedroom on the main floor when you stay here. All suites are modern and between them, give you a choice of baths or showers as ways to freshen up for a new day or to wind down afterwards. Towels and toiletries will be provided for all guests. OUTSIDE SPACE This is actually one of the few houses in the area with plenty of private outdoor space. The large backyard features a fire pit lounge area - an ideal place to all gather with your closest friends and family and share wonderful memories. There is enough space for the kids to run around, toss a football on a summer day or simply just hang out on the deck and toss some burgers using the BBQ grill. REMOTE WORKING There’s plenty of table space inside and outside the house for you to work at, with the whole house served by wifi. PARKING A group of up to 10 is going to need plenty of parking space. And that’s exactly what you’ll find on the home’s driveway. So pull up, unpack and enjoy not having far at all to carry your bags into the house.
